My stay at the Westin did not meet my expectations, especially given the anniversary celebration I was looking forward to. While the valet was very nice and accommodating, the check-in process was quite disorganized, and we had to deal with noise issues and a lack of communication regarding our room. The room itself was decent, but overall, I left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed, despite some positives from other amenities.

I had high expectations for my stay at this hotel due to its new branding and price tag, but I was left underwhelmed.
